Returns

Because this is a seasonal item, all sales are final. Returns, cancellations after shipment, and refunds are not accepted except where required by law.

Kaplan Sukkahs Replacement Guarantee

We stand behind every sukkah we build.

If your Kaplan Sukkah is ever damaged beyond repair, we'll replace the entire sukkah—no questions asked—for 50% of the current retail price.

This replacement program is separate from our returns policy and is intended to help you continue enjoying your sukkah for years to come.

To request a replacement, please contact us at support@kaplansukkahs.com with your name, order information (if available), and photos of the damaged sukkah.

Refunds

If a refund is approved under an applicable exception or as otherwise required by law:

  • Refunds will be processed approximately one week after the conclusion of the holiday.

  • Only the cost of standard shipping is eligible for refund, where applicable. Expedited shipping services—including Next Day Air, 2-Day, 3-Day, or any other premium shipping option—are non-refundable.

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable law:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs and any non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.

  • Only standard shipping charges are refundable when applicable. Expedited shipping charges (including Next Day Air, 2-Day, 3-Day, and other premium shipping services) are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning any product. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
